07 c6 base im getting no heat from the vents. I dont hear the blend door switching when I crank heat up to 90. Cold air with or without ac on, couldn't actually tell a difference with ac on but it was pretty chilly either setting. May need to check this further.
Replaced the thermostat - stock temp
replaced the blend mode door actuator - on passenger side next to glove box. Royal pain but can be done with extreme patience.
I'm getting 140 degrees on heater hoses in and out of the core.
Tried the ambient air reset
All hvac fuses on passenger floor board good.
I'm leaning towards the ac head unit at the moment but its just a guess right now.
any thoughts welcome need to brain storm ideas.
Thanks
BCM Maybe? I've suspected this for other issues in the car - intermittent LF blinker inop that coincides with high beam and fog intermittent - high rev engine start - random no fob - intermitent service traction - random limp mode -
Anyone have a lead on the most detailed service manual for this car? All Data DIY sucks.
Could be a Mode blend door valve itself. It is a fabric that gets bound up. There are threads on replacing those for the reason that you are experiencing, but not an easy DIY https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...placement.html
