Hey everyone, using a weighted 24mm socket and a battery impact I got it to turn 2-3 revolutions and then it locks up. I feel it might be lock tight but I’m worried about breaking the bolt.
If you got it to turn out 2 to 3 turns, you could try turning it back in all the way and then turning it out again. Doing this a few times should free it up.

Someone may have used that bolt to install the HB on that car, which is a no-no. A proper installation tool is required. I hope the threads in the crankshaft are still OK.
Get a thread chaser in there if you can. Maybe flush it out first then run a pen / telescoping magnet down there see if you can get a piece out first. Then run new bolt without balancer on it see if goes all the way in.

I bought a tap and die kit and cleaned them up, the new ARP bolt threaded in past where it will seat with the washer by hand.

Phew! I was gonna say a prayer for your crank threads but looks like it all turned out ok.
Massive bullet dodged
Yeah, when I was trying to get it out I told my wife, well it's either going to come out or the whole engine is done and needs to be pulled. Glad it turned out ok. I'm about to pull the oil pump and cam now.
