Default 2007 Horn Issue

I have a 07 base coupe. The horn is not working, not sure how long it's been that way as I rarely/barely use it. I changed both the relay and fuse, still nothing. It doesn't work with the steering wheel, panic button, or horn/lights security set, nothing. I was told the horn(s) are on the right side near/under the headlight. Unfortunately there's a big honkin supercharger in the way, so I can't see anything down there. Is there a way to gain access from under the car? I know it's probably going to have to be put on a lift to get under it, but I'm getting really frustrated over something that should be a relatively easy fix. Can somebody please advise? TIA

Unfortunately you need to get underneath the car !!… I’d remove the connector and apply power and ground directly to the horn and see if it works.

Horn diagram and factory flow chart for an inoperative horn…just changing a relay or fuse does not mean it’s not a wiring issue…you must test the circuit.

Don't need a lift. You can jack the passenger side up and pull the air dam. Horn is right there. Should be able to unbolt it and disconnect the connector. The low horn went bad on mine a few years ago. Replaced and the new horn went bad a year later. I need to pull it and troubleshoot but it's not hard.
