I ordered the combo pak, for the console and the cup holder a couple months back. Definitely worth the money, they keep the compartments much cooler. Drinks stay cool longer and my cell phone doesn't burn up in the console compartment.

I did not notice any difference. I even tried tin foil under it to add an extra layer of insulation. Did not help either. Phone still gets HOT in console and shuts down on long road trips (over 200 miles). Sorry but that is my experience.
