I have now switched my purchase decisions over to Borla S-Type II, full x-pipe back. I was also thinking about headers, what type of headers do you guys recommend, and/or put into your packages?

I too was on the fence between the S-type and attak. I ended up going with the S-type ll w/xpipe and love it! NO drone! What a sweet sound, especially with the top off. The only question I ask myself is why I didn't replace the exhaust sooner.

I use the paddles a lot more now to keep the revs up. It sounds so good. People turn and look all the time now (not my intention) and I get thumbs up.
I also installed a few weeks after the Halltech cai. It was only 100 bucks so that was a no brainer.
I also put a pioneer 4200 NEX radio so I could use my ipods. I barely turn the radio on the exhaust sounds so good.

I ordered a set of Borla S type from Maryland. After an initial confusion, Maryland Speed stepped up and took care of me. I am happy with their customer service and willingness to work with customers. THANKS GUYS!
Now on to the S types- I'm a little disappointed in the sound. Don't get me wrong, they sound good, but are not nearly as loud as I had thought they would be. I probably should have went with the ATAK system instead.
Again, they sound really good, but are just not very loud- at least inside the car, I can hardly hear them. they do have sorta of a European sound to them though.
Fit and Finish is very nice, and they look great on the car

So does the Borla ATAK still have the low American muscle rumble like BB exhaust, or is it similar to Corsa? I was thinking of ordering the Borla ATAK as I've got a convertible and drive almost all the time with top down so thinking the BB would be too loud but Corsa maybe too euro sounding. I'm use to flowmasters on my trucks, so something similar.
