You can order flat black on the site, price is $50 less than painted. Flat black is in stock and ships same day.

Does it come with install hardware? .. if so - how hard is it to install can one person with a Jack and who is machanically inclined do it easilly?

You reuse the existing hardware: a series of bolts that are hand-tightened into clips on the underside of the front bumper. They are 15mm if I recall correctly - very easy and straight forward once you get the nose of the car off the ground a bit.
