DSX C6 ZR1 auxilliary fuel system
These fuel systems for the C6 ZR1 are intended to allow you to make whatever power you want with your factory supercharger even on E85 without ever worrying about running out of pressure or volume. The factory ZR1 pump is already an impressive three phase pump, but this additional auxiliary pump system gives it the extra oomph needed to keep making power well beyond the 900whp mark.
The system ties in at the rear of the vehicle to allow everything to sit out of the way in a safe place. Featuring 316 stainless tube and Teflon lined crimped hoses, a genuine Walbro pump gives much needed overhead with easy to install plumbing. The pump is activated by a proprietary DSX designed controller that reads the signal from the factory MAP sensor to determine when to turn the pump on. Pump activation happens at 10psi (172kPa absolute) and shuts off when falling below 8psi (157kPa absolute). The controller is built into a plug and play harness that makes hook up a breeze. These systems also feature 100% PTFE coated fuel lines to ensure long life, corrosion resistance, and no fuel smell to seep through the hose.
This entire system can be installed in roughly two hours. An optional drill and tap is available to save a special trip to the hardware store for the step to tap into the factory fuel tank.
Custom trigger points are available upon request for the controller.
