Not jumping the gun and claiming that you're spraying, maybe bottom end work, but no way is it possible stock bottom end on a naturally aspirated c6z that weights 2835. At that weight, and even given the highest power producing top end setup will trap that high. Not with Jesus himself driving at the lowest DA possible. I've been in the grudge scene long enough to know how to completely hide a bottle and the lines, and enough around the track to know that doesn't smell kosher. Perhaps you are the best driver and can take a car beyond its physical capabilities, but with all due respect, I'm not a believer.
not sure why someone would lie and what would they gain from this? its lighten car and clutch that is what makes a top half car... we see imports doing it in this formula...

quitting and going to auto swap just makes you consistent and durable -- it heavy ups the car- lightens your wallet and NEeds more power to go as fast for Personal bests

PS... woudltn a built bottom end slow the car down ? unless more cubes its added I hear it adds want therefore loss of power

i don't know, perhaps to say they beat the record. Truthfully that's not what I was getting at. A c6z just doesn't have what it takes for a head cam car to hit 153mph. No way. Now as far as going auto, I had fun going mid 10s when my car made 525rwhp but it wasn't what I wanted out of my car. I'm more interested in grudge and street racing. I do enjoy the track though. The main reason for myself going auto is consistency, reliability. My car currently weights in 2900 didn't necessarily add a lot of weight to it

LOL I don't think anyone really cares if "street racer that waits for 3 honks to just floor it for few seconds - sometimes to annoying speeds on public roads " really has to understand what hard work, dedication , and organized/safe situation to make these impressive machines accomplish astonishing acceleration results,. all proven on a piece a paper with tested equipment.

different kinda people ... Nothing to see here Folks

you are misinformed, I'm not talking about roll racing my car. If I was interested in roll racing I wouldn't have stepped down to a 4 speed. It's essentially more of a lights out event at the track.

Just noticed they had the wrong car number on my 2nd time slip. My buddy that was there congratulated me on my 1st 1.8x 60ft. You can omit it, but my actual car number is 6324 like in the 11.46 time slip.

Nice pass; however, you are missing the year of your Z06.
Please edit your first post.

Had an absolute blast with everyone there, always a good outing with the Corvetteforum guys, made a few passes, all of which were 9.7x. I picked up a little bit over my typical 15 inch wheel setup. Gary made the prediction that I would pick up some MPH and drop a little ET with the smaller Hoosiers, and he was right, went from 1.30x to 1.25-1.27. Picked up roughly 3 MPH, best part is, the car still has more in it through refinement.

Car looked so effortless on that pass. Was definitely a good time at the rental, will be running my car next year no doubt!

It was great meeting you guys. Watching you run that pass convinced me that I NEED an ls7 in my car. My son and I are looking forward to coming up and doing some racing with you guys.
Now get Mamo to port that intake and get some lighter wheels on the back and run some 9.50s.
