Go to any quality car audio shop and ask them what products they offer for your Z with Bose Nav. I have an Ipod and separate Aux jacks that are fed into my center console and can control my Ipod from the head unit. The separate Aux jack is for those that haven't sold out to Apple, I have both. Obviously you can have the jacks come out somewhere else if you wish. Shouldn't cost more than $200 installed (or less).

No question about it...get a PXAMG from Peripheral Electronics along with the GM harness. It will allow ipod playback through the XM Radio screen or from the iPOD and will charge it without draining your car battery. The nice thing is that you will lose no functionality from your iPOD either through the XM screen or the iPOD. Do a search on the PXMG for a detailed step-by-step on how to install.
