Default Akrapovic Titanium Slip On Group Purchase?

The Euro is dropping and so are our Akrapovic Slip On Titanium exhaust systems. They are still not cheap, but the pricing is probably the best you will see anywhere.

We pay over $450 for each system to enter the USA including the shipping charges from Akrapovic. So the prices you see include the Customs/Import Duty/shipping.

If we can get 10 units sold, we will pay for shipping to you in the lower 48.

If we hit 15 sold, the pricing will be $3280.00 each and free shipping.

The pricing is now reduced to $3397.00 for the slip ons and $3997.00 for the full titanium EVO system. (The full EVO has the titanium X-pipe section from the stock exhaust manifold to the slip ons.

Your choice of the Carbon Fiber over titanium tips or pure titanium tips.

PRE-ORDER HERE

The famous Z06, a high performance version of the actual Corvette, is at the same level with Super sports cars as Porsche GT2, Nissan GT-R, and Lamborghini Gallardo. The big 7.0 l engine, with huge power and gigantic torque, delivers an incredible performance, which will make finding an equal rival on the road really hard. With the Akrapovic aftermarket Slip-On exhaust system, made of titanium or stainless steel**, optionally equipped with an exhaust valve remote control, the Z06 will now transform into a pure Beast. Additional HP and torque are a given but the sound will make you feel like you are racing the GT1 Corvette. The four huge 125 mm titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes offer a visual image of what is hiding under the car. The Akrapovic Slip-On exhaust system for Z06 was optimized in many ways to meet the requirements of our engineers. Exhaust system delivers additional power of 13.5 HP and additional torque of 28.2, from mid- to high rpm. The throttle response is much sharper now, which improves agility, as does the weight reduction of 10.6 kg. However, the most significant change is the sound. Lovers of the pure V8 race engine sound must have an Akrapovic exhaust system. An optional remote controlled Exhaust valve system** is also a must have. (IT IS COOL, BUT HALLTECH FEELS THAT THE PRICING FOR THIS IS WAY OUT OF LINE) For those who want to take their first steps in tuning the Z06 the Slip-On system (rear mufflers and 4 titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes) is right exhaust. Slip-On system: - titanium or stainless steel** end mufflers - 4 titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes Hard facts: - plus 13.5 HP (at 3.460 rpm) - plus 28.2 Nm (at 3.350 rpm) - minus 10.6* kg * Slip-On Titanium Please indicate in comments if you prefer the Carbon Fiber Tips (no price change)

Do you take Euros? I wish I could compare the sound to B&N Fusions. I might have to give this serious consideration.

I've asked this before - but how does it compare to the Corsa exhaust?

If it's less drone at cruise and more or equivalent rumble at WOT, I'd start the negotiation process with the S/O.

Can the GP prices be utilized on the full setup as well?

The Slip On system does not include the X-pipe. That would be the EVO system, which is more expensive.

Choice of tips for either system is the same price.

I wish I could answer that. I have never heard or ridden in a Z06 with Corsas.

I know that without cats and two 3" pipes going into the titanium mufflers, it is quiet enough to listen to the radio and drive without drone. There are some rpms that you can force the loud drone, but driving around the is simple. This is a near 700 HP Z06 with pretty big bangs coming down the pipes and I am not offended by the sound at all.

True story. The folks that installed our exhaust run a company called Reina International. They are Italians from the old country, and live for Formula 1. When the installer Ignazio drove our car by their showroom he hit the throttle and they all said it sounded like an Formula 1 car. Personally, I'm not sure that's what I'm looking for, but the sound is different, and exotic. Love the -46lbs too.:o

TTT. We need more people signing up for this. And we need the Euro to continue to slide.

I'll be in Vegas for the WSOP in 2 weeks. If I do well, I'm ALL OVER THIS!! Of course, I'm in Italy, so maybe shipping to here would be less?

We are ready to place a stocking order with Akrapovic this week. Order online and get yours with this shipment.

New rules. 5 orders and we go with the lower pricing.

They must be orders placed. I will post names of those ordering (first names last initial)

..are smaller exhaust tips available like 4"? 5 inches would look too big for my taste. I also would be interested in a group buy for the EVO system...if price is right.

thanks

We have had no sales for this GP, so it has ended.
