The RWHP figures that I mention related to each type of porting on this thread are based on cars that had been dyno'd and tuned prior to the installation and then dyno'd and re-tuned after the installation. You're right in saying that we are working to improve air flow. However, the purpose to improving air flow is to ultimately improve RWHP and RWTQ.

My shop doesn't do installs or tunes on all the various cars I port intakes for, thus I can't supply such data on car specific applications. I can send you a manifold that you can install and test/tune and if you aren't happy with the result, return it within one week. Core charge applies and you pay shipping. I never want customers to keep that which they aren't happy with. If I don't happen to have your particular manifold in stock, I will port yours and offer a refund if you're not satisfied within 30 days of your install.

How does the porting you provide compare to the gains seen by a fast 102 intake? Id love to see that on the same graph.

I have a stock 09 Z06 but I don't want to tune it. What would I expect (HP increase) with your ported intake and TB but no tune? Would I have any codes thrown?

On an LS7 stock setup, the FAST102 reportedly achieves around a 16 RWHP gain over the stock LS7 IM (I've heard reports of higher and a few of lower). The radical porting we do (removing all posts and smoothing the inside of the plenum) gains slightly less on an LS7 (+12-14 rwhp). However, the cost per horsepower gain is significantly less than purchasing the FAST102 ($20 per hp vs $50 per hp).

However, even at $50 per hp, the FAST option is less than many other options for additional horsepower. Plus, if we port the runners of the FAST102, it can net an additional 8 rwhp and significantly outperform our radically ported LS7 IM. This assumes no other mods than the Intake Manifolds.
