Atomic Orange?
Looking at a 2008 Z06. It's orange, but is it Atomic Orange?
The options sticker, at the bottom, has BC/CC U 418P.
So that's base coat/clear coat, is U 418P Atomic Orange or some other orange?

Yes. DSOM was 2005 and 2006 only. Then came atomic orange in 2007.
