Hello Bruce. I am preparing to install the Z06 set that I acquired from you at Corvettes/Carlisle.

In your recent Forum picture, it appears that you utilized a polished coil pack cover of some sort. Are they commercially available?

Hello Ed. I hope your warming up out there.
I was thinking about you the other day on when you were going to install those covers.

And yes I do now make new coil pack covers that have just been released, as of a couple weeks ago. They go with our covers nicely IMO. You may find them interesting, they definitely make a difference in appearance.

You may find out more details on the web site:

Call me if you have any questions.

Just ordered a set plus the one piece welded coil covers, they should set my build off nicely. Very reasonable compared to competing brands that are available. The polished ones are on sale right now so don't miss out.

Just so you know, the price of these solid machined aluminum valve covers are very reasonably priced.

I do have a little knowledge of what is involved being that I've got about 30 years experience in the business as a (CNC) machinist.

Nice job Bruce!!!...

Very, very tempting. Christmas isn't too far away.

No disrespect, but your Corvette cost a lot of money to.
These are made in the USA. Just like your Corvette!
We would have never made it to Jays Leno's Garage if these were imported.

You may find imported product for less, as they are at lower prices they do not compare with the quality we offer. I believe that you will need to Add in new harnesses and fuel rails and a relocation kit, plus 4-5 hours?... labor cost and your there. $1300? I know first hand, without naming names, I went that road 2 years ago, that's why I made these for my Z06 LS7! Ours cost less, And they are 100% billet aluminum.

I know this economy stinks, .... that in itself doesn't help.

Thanks for your comments. It was great. No disrespect intended.
If you ever want to upgrade, we will be here.

I just saw your post, indeed you have the knowledge to see this value.
We have Haas machines, you may know of them, these machines are made in the USA .... as our covers are.

Each cover starts with a bar of aluminum starting at 18 lbs, finished it weight like 2.5 lbs approx.
You save almost 3 lbs overall with our cover assembly vs. stock.

Thanks for your comments, as I too have 30 years in business this year.

Take care, your comments were very appropriate.

Can the average vette owner install these or do they need a shop to do it? Do instructions come with them? Thanks

I installed mine.
It is basic, but you have to be the judge on that.
We can offer phone support to you though.
Detailed Step by step instructions are included.

LS1 Kit shown here with the instructions (MSD coils not included).
