I remember that car. I think you beat me to that one. I called and the dealer said you were there cash in hand waiting for him at the dealership door that same morning. I got a 2011 SSB Carbon instead with 726 miles on it. GLWS if you decide to part with it

#73 SSB is for sale in Nashville. I looked at it Tuesday, but the price is too high in my opinion, maybe not for others though. I believe the place was called Michael's Motor Company...Just a heads-up in case anyone is looking for one.

Just went on the website, I think it is priced right where it should be for a 7K mile Carbon. If I were looking for one I would jump on it, it will sell quickly, assuming clean history.

Robert,

It sounds like a rocket, best of luck with it!!! I used to live in Heathrow, just north of you. I have many friends in the area and visit there often so hopefully I will have a chance to check out your new ride. Keep in touch!

Default Fair price

Opinions on a fair asking price? #246 with 18000 miles. I/O with new tires.. AHP reworked heads with factory valves. Great car , just thinking of making a change....maybe.

I wouldn't sell it less than $60k US. If your not in a rush to sell I would put it even a little higher $62-63k. These cars are a very valuable to a collector and car enthusiast. If you are in a rush get a hold of a marketing company in Europe especially Germany or Italy. Lots of Vettes imported there the last few years including my Carbon.

I'm not sure how correct this is but regarding my heads, I was just going to swap them out for reworked ones and then I read a post saying to have the original heads corrected in order to maintain the correct numbers matching. In the event that I want to keep everything OE and matching will the method of addressing the heads affect this?

Some people will tell you the days of "matching serial numbers" are over, and in some aspects, that is true.

However, there IS a sticker from the factory on one of the heads, but, it's a sticker, something that is not going to survive any sort of activity (like sending your heads to AHP and having them dunk-tanked, etc.).

I suppose you could try to remove it with heat, or maybe take a high-res picture of it and print it out on plasticized paper and stick it back on the reworked heads.

But honestly, don't worry about it.

Hello all,
I had great luck in finding our SSB carbon car on here earlier this year. I am on the hunt for a Inferno Orange Carbon Z06. Prefer low mileage, and as close to stock as possible. Please PM me if you know of a car, or are interested in selling. I have seen a few in the for sale section. However, didn't jump on the cars quick enough.
Thank you for your time!

Logan

I'll vouch for Logan. We sold him the SSB, and it was an absolutely seamless, very professional transaction. No BS.

Good luck Logan - hope you find one soon!
