Don't know if it really matters.
Most companies are going to make them in 17" through 22".
I think finding the right tire would be the first thing to do, and build the wheel around that especially if you want to retain full use of the TC and AH controls.
With that being said you can do 18/18, 18/19, 19/19, 19/20, and 20/20. Tires are limited in the 19/19 and 20/20. 18/18 is generally race tire only.
