Very true. Its hard to explain to those who haven't experienced these, the way the steering feels like your hands are down on the pavement, or how everything you touch inside feels rock solid, soft high grade materials, beautiful stitching (through carbon too on the dash!!) etc. It is true that I love my blunt force tool of a Z06, but having driven exotics from every brand, the only ones that ever jingled my jollies were there porsches. All the italian stuff is great for dropping panties, but just didn't do it for the enthusiast in me. Now I haven't driven a 458, bet that one is fantastic.

As for speed, all the 991 Turbos I see at the track go 10.8@128, so couple that with AWD/PDK around a roadcoarse, look out! My friend has a 2012 PDK Turbo S, and the car is insane. Different animals, but as I get older, wiser, and wealthier, I'm beginning to lean more towards the refined beastly P-cars.

Is it an easy choice between PDK for sub 4s 0-60, versus manual for above 4s 0-60?

Nice car, always loved the last several years of the 911 but for me, Twin Turbo or nothing......and def'ly not a dark color.

Have fun with it.

That was my thought.
I have a 2009 C2S Cab w/ PDK, and it's an amazing transmission.
Manuals are like...manual, and slow, and no launch...

Enjoy the new ride
