Best 18inch drag radial for Street/Strip?
I was wondering what do you guys think is the best 18 inch drag radial for street and strip...? I will have just over 600rwhp NA... I hear M&H Racemasters are great but don't last long... Meaning only like a month of daily driving and 1 track visit... There's also MT ET Streets ll... I'm looking for a drag radial that's 345/35/18... Let me know what you guys think... Thanks...!

I know they won't last long but I was wondering how much use people get outta them... I've used MT on all my mustangs... I've heard 1 month from M&H and 4 months with MT ET streets ll... I only wanna talk about tires offered in a 345/35/18... So BFG, MT and M&H... Are there any other drag radials in that size?

I got over a year on the M&H drag radials on my 600+ rwhp street/strip Turbo Buick. I ran the 275 50 17, should be the same compound as the 18 inch ones.

How many trips to the track? What tire pressure did you run around on? I would rather have the M&H but I keep hearing they don't last long... You are the first to say they lasted more than a month... What's your driving habit like? I only do burnouts at the track...

I have tried Nittos, BF goodrich, MH, and Mickey Thompsons. My favorite is MT, by far lasts longer and IT WILL STICK. Just don't get caught in a heavy downpour with them. I spun out on highway with them. I was lucky not to get hit. Was about as scary as my Ex wife in the morning.
I love the Mickey Thompsons. And I prefer the 305's over the 345's. Thats just me.

I'm running the M/T ET Street drag radials on the back of my 482" side-oiler big block. They're good enough to lift the front tires on a 1 to 2 shift. They last about 3K miles of HARD driving.
