Katech HD slave
How many are using katech hd slave cylinder. I'm looking at some new clutches I've had problems with my pedal sticking to floor and put in tick master. I still have to do ranger method but not as often. Katech pretty much guarantees no more sticky pedal with their hd slave. Anybody have any similar problems with their slaves ? They want 995.00 for hd slave, outrageous

I got the whole HD kit from Katech after losing clutch fluid and finding it all over the bell housing. Fluid still gets dark from time to time but no more sticking pedal or losing clutch fluid. Pricey but to me it was worth the piece of mind that I was going to have to do it once and be done.

Never had an issue with my mantic, even at 1000+rwhp. LS9R clutch feel to the floor after 4-5 dyno pulls.

I have the Katech Slave with Tick master and use SRF with no issues or discoloring!

I believe the HD slave only works with katech clutches. Otherwise you have to use the stock slave.
Or buy the slave cylinder from tilton and get the master cylinder from tick performance as well. Tough thing is you would then need to have someone make the correct adapter/spacer to go from the torquetube to the new slave cylinder. All while making sure the tolerances are correct

Yes, we have a slave setup right now a lot like the Katech version, just about half the price. But right now, we wont sell them unless we feel confident you can meassure a clutch setup, so thats why all of them have been done in house. But they are amazing and work better then any setup out there. You dont even need a new master. The pedal feel is more realistic as well. If you have questions, you are more then welcome to talk with us about it.
