Default Tire Pressure Monitor Service

Just replaced wheels and tires on C6 ZO6, to ZR1 19"-20" wheel and tire combination with new TPS monitors. After the about the first 50 miles, the TPS warning light came on along with message DIC saying Tire Pressure Monitor System Service. These wheels and tires were replaced without car present at tire dealer.

You'll need a TPMS relearn tool. You have to recalibrate your sensors to your car. Very easy!

You do have to reprogram the car to read the new sensors if they are compatible with your car. What year Z06 and what year ZR1 Sensors? 2005 through 2009 used a different part number sensor than 2010 through 2013.
