I kinda want to start this post just to see who actually drives their cars, but at the same time I want to see what kind of issues have arose at certain points in a C6Z's life so others can know what to expect. I'll start with mine. Let's see what you got.

09 Z06 - Intake only. Stock to 123k miles. Original Heads. Routine maintenance only.
128,156 miles

2007 with 67,000 miles, and I bought it 3 years ago with 15,000 miles. I've had an O2 sensor go out, and the bi-mode exhaust control module went out causing all kinds of crazy things to happen. Other than that it has just been normal maintenence.

Just turned over 50k on my 2009 E-force Z06. And it sat for almost a year while I was out of the country.

there needs to be a poll thread for the head problem. curious to see how many cars over 50k have ever had a problem.

mines got 41,000. heads checked at 31k and they were perfect.

2006 Z here. Just hit 125k miles yesterday. Stock until ~117k or so. Now has a tune (MTI of Atlanta) headers and exhaust. Bought the car last July with 107k miles. No issues since then.

Whats up Don?! I saw all the new goodies for the car yesterday on FB. Car is already bad ***, I'm going to need to go for a ride when you're finished so I know what to look forward to when I finally start doing upgrades.

...just to comment on that, traded in my 06 in 2011 with 109k miles on the clock, with no head problems that I knew of...

Mine doesn't have as many miles as some but it is getting there.

2006 LMB. Bought it at 20K miles in Dec 12'. Turned over 50K miles this month. Heads never been checked. CAI and deleted mufflers are the only mods. It has had both driver and passenger window regulators replaced, AC unit + condenser and the fuel tank sending unit. Good thing I purchased a 3rd party warranty on it. $2k has paid off in $5k repairs.

They can have them pretty soon. Granted they have lasted a long time, i feel that they will be replaced soon because they are getting more and more noisy. The last owner was an older guy that put a lot of highway miles on it and never really pushed it. Since i've had it i've been pushing it like it was designed for.

2006 LMB bought new in March of 2006. Stock except for exhaust and wheels. 101,650 miles on it as of today. Had the heads refreshed at 100k, a couple of the exhaust guides were out of spec. Had the roof recall done and replaced water pump at about 80k - other than that, just regular maintenance.

2007 Z06, bought december 2010 when it had 300 miles on it. It now has around 23000. No issues at all.....except I would not recommend washing the engine down. The 64 don't care, the Z had a mind of its own until I disconnected and cleaned every connector under the hood.

It's good to know people are getting high miles without valves dropping. Have you tracked your cars or are they DDs
