New N/A Personal Best 10.07@137.99
This was the last run of my season here in Michigan and it happened to be my best to date. I'll have to wait till next year for a 9 sec pass.
Tires used on the pass: 315/35/17 hoosiers
Performance Mods (if any): WCCH heads (ported, milled ~0.030), hell widow cam, ported fast, halltech 107R, ARH 1 7/8" headers w/o cats, RTS wheels, RXT
600 DA

Thanks guys! I agree that with a little better launch I'll get that 9 sec pass. One of the problems I was running into is I had my rev limiter in neutral set to 6500 rpm for no lift shift purposes, but I was finding that I needed to launch a little higher than this, so I had competing requirements. I kept bumping the limiter up a little at a time and ended at 6,650 rpm, but I still bogged a little.
Who knows how a two step works? Would that allow me to launch at a RPM that is independent of my neutral REV limiter in my tune?
Another problem I was having is I was getting 3-6 deg of KR at the launch, yet no KR down the rest of the track. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm not sure, but should be around 600 depending on the dyno. I have the same setup as a guy mentioned in this thread, except for him having injectors, TB, and cats and he made 620/560.

Interesting question re: 2 step. For sure, you set it for a clutch in RPM limit, then when you release the clutch it sees the clutch switch disengage and you have WOT...but will it use the neutral rev limiter, or the first gear rev limiter?
As far as I know, when stopped, the car doesn't know what gear it's in.
Gary2004Z06, you have one, can you chime in on this?
