Default Final Dyno numbers with Pics.. 2011 Supersonic Blue

It has taken about 15 months to get to this point but I think that I am finished with my build, for now. I am sure that I would easily get over 600whp with a little more aggressive cam but I am super impressed with how much NA power this car makes with such a small cam.

Here is a list of my mods:

Replaced guided with CHE guides
OEM Intake Valves and Replaced Exhaust Valves with Ferrea Hollow 2040P
BTR 660" Platinum Dual Spring kit with TI Retainers

700ft/lb of torque at 3600rpm should be fun!

Totally missed the nitrous pieces the first time around. Congrats on a solid build and great numbers.

Just started thinking of going to a nitrous setup. How do you like it so far?

As much as I like my current cam, I have decided to switch it out for a BTR Stage 4. This cam makes great power, but I don't want to leave any power on the table since this car is not my daily driver. I have all of the necessary support mods so I should be able to get another 30whp and 30wtq by just switching to a more aggressive cam.

Let me know if anyone is interested in this cam. It is a great cam that will make upper to 580'swhp and 520wtq with support mods.

Be careful with the BTR 4. I've heard multiple instances where the cam lobes start to break down. My personal tuner also had this happen within one oil change cycle. This is with the Comp core.

Have you looked into the RPM B3 cam?

I certainly don't want to deal with that. Looks like they don't offer any specs on their cam. After you introduced this to me I called them and they told me that they are making 620 to 630whp in their package and I am basically running the same supporting mods. Anybody have feedback on this cam or have an dyno sheet to share.

They keep the specs pretty hush hush. It's something like 24X/25X .660 lift on a 114lsa for n/a setups. That's from what I've found searching the forums.

The same tuner that had the BTR cam mess up put in the B3 cam and made 625/560 with 285cc PRC heads and e70 on a conservative tune. They are putting a B3 in another local car soon.

Wow, those are great numbers. I did get them to give me the overlap and it is 18 whereas the BTR4 is 28.
To get to 18 it would need to be something like 241/252 114

Looks like on their youtube channel that most of their cars on pump using this cam are at 630/550. Thanks for pointing out this cam. I think that I might do some more research this weekend but this one looks like a winner.

So I am torn on what to do.

1. Buy the RPM B3 Cam or
2. Get Tony Mamo to custom spec a cam.

Not much difference in cost.

My setup is very similar to yours with AI heads and Mamo MSD intake and short travel Johnson lifters. My cam is 240/252 on 113. I made 625hp on Dyno jet and 575 on Mustang dyno. The B3 is 243 int and upper 250's exh on either a 114 or 116. Nice cams as I had one only on a 112. Power cam on hard about 5k rpms which is the reason I backed mine down to 240/252. Mid range and over all drivability with my ID 1050x injectors is so much better now. Brian swears by his cams, I would have him custom grind you one on a 8620 core from COMP HUC intake lobe. Just my 2 cents.
