Just to update...
Got back to the tuner and ended up having to take a good bit of air out of it...less than stock. Drives fine now until it wants to drop too low and almost stall, but I'm wondering if there really is a vacuum leak that I cant track down.

Hello there, I have a similar set up as yours with the ported MSD intake manifold. Mine was doing the same and it ended up being two blown o-ring gaskets. Hopes this helps.

Wow that would be a lot cheaper with that method.
So if this does turn out to be my source of issues, and I replace this grommet. What will that now do with the tune? The tuner said he had to take a couple of grams out from stock. Obviously I would have to go back to him(im sure he is sick of seeing me) to correct it, but is it safe to drive around?
Edit: Replaced it and went for a drive anyway lol. Seems to idle, accel, and come down to idle MUCH more smoothly. Still drops a little below idle(probably from last adjustment but not like it will stall) but will drive more to really make sure. Either way, at least it was actually enjoyable to drive this time. Fingers crossed.
