Default Highest HP with BTR 3 cam???

Curious what others have seen as far as MAX HP with the BTR 3 and all supporting mods. I was looking to maintain some fairly good drive-ability by sticking with this CAM.

Car currently has the following mods and put down 562whp/522wtq SAE:

AHP street ported stage 4 head pkg (resurfaced; no milling)
BTR stage 3 camshaft
Halltech MF 103 intake
FAST 102 manifold ported by Jeremy Formato
NW 102 TB
Stock injs
Kooks 1 7/8" LT's w/ catted midpipe
Burns axle-back exhaust

The mods that I will be installing shortly are:

ID 850 injectors
ARH 2" LT's w/ catless midpipe
MAMO ported MSD intake
Advanced Induction CNC'd heads milled .030-.040 to bump up the compression a bit

AT THIS TIME I do not "plan" to do flex fuel but I've been known to change my mind

Beautiful car.

Down here in San Antonio FBO BTR 3 cars lay down something like 625whp and 550wtq on e85. That dyno reads a little higher than most (so people say).

I don't have the most optimal setup but I made 580whp/545wtq just recently.
My mods are:
LPE ported heads
.050" mill
TSP 1-7/8" headers
3" x-pipe
BTR 3
Mamo MSD
NW102
Halltech 103
ID1000s
Flex Fuel

The most noticeable difference was when I added the Mamo MSD. Really woke the car up. I just changed out the Halltech for a Vararam and it feels a little stronger (SOTP).

Curious to see what you pick up with the change in parts. That's the route I am thinking of going. ARH 2" headers and AI heads.

Do you have a dyno graph of where you sit now?

Headers 5-10 hp
MSD 10-15 hp
Heads 10-15 hp

Rough estimate of what you may gain potentially. Really interested in seeing your results. Good luck!

My cam is less aggressive then the stg 3 with less overlap and I made 618rwhp on e85. Our dyno is very conservative also, often a heart breaker for most. I think you could get to 585-590 on pump and 605-610 on E85 with a healthy compression bump.

I think 95s power gain numbers are all a bit low. Those AI heads really shine and love to make power. The mamo MSD has shown 20+ time and time again, especially with good heads and decent size cam.

Wouldn't be surprised if you saw 630ish on a dynojet (assuming enough octane).

Those are very close to the numbers I'm hoping for. At or a tad over 600whp on pump gas and 630-ish on E if we decide to go that route.

Since you will be replacing your heads are you interested in selling your AHP heads?

I made 625 SAE Smoothing 5 on a dyno jet on e85 w/ AI stock ported heads, BTR Stage 3, 2" ARH, Vararam, Mamo Ported MSD, 102 NW TB. I switched to a Stage IV BTR Cam and made 641 SAE Smoothing 5 same dyno, wheels, temp, etc. Mamo MSD is worth every penny if you are considering it.
