[Z06] Zr1 brakes on 09 z06

Zr1 brakes on 09 z06
i found a low mile set of zr1 brakes. (Long story).
What do I need to do to make these work?
I have them mounted with no issues. I have 19/20 wheels that will need a 3/8" spacer and doing longer studs.
The zr1 caliper has a sensor plug and z06 sensor plug is on the hub. Use the z06 I assume?
Any thing else im missing?

ZR1 plug on the caliper is for the pad wear sensor. You wont have a provision for it on your car.
The plug on the hub of the Z06 is the speed sensor. You need to plug this back in.

Z06 brakes are compatible across all years so the hub change shouldnt affect anything with the brakes.

They are a direct bolt on. I have them on my 2006 Z06 track car and the only other modification I did was the ZR1 master cyl/booster and SKF hubs. The non-Z07/ZR1 hubs do not deal with the heat generated by the carbon ceramic brakes and they will fail.
BTW, the hubs from 1997-2008 are the same. In 2009, they went to the Bosch ABS system and they are not compatible with the earlier models.

Like Richie says, they are a direct bolt on for your 2009. Leave the pad sensors off, they won't work on the 09.
Upgraded my 09Z to the same CCB setup found on the 2011+ Z07, after finding a deal on a set of new 2013 rotors.

What pads did you use. My car is a 2011 ZO6 will mine need the pad sensor.
I also need a line on the rear setup. I have the fronts.
Did you have to change the brake lines also.
Thank you
