C7 2015
Planning on buying a c7 but I'm not sure if I should wait for the 2015 model. Does anybody know what will be the differences between the 2014 and the 2015 model?
Yesterday I went to my local Chevy dealer in Vegas and they are telling me that If I want to order a convertible c7 will have to pay 7500 extra...they are nuts...are the dealers in your town still charging extra money for a c7 ?

If you want an auto do NOT buy a 2014
If you want a manual then follow the advice above and get a 2014 model
The new 8-speed will be a far superior transmission...

You're in good shape if you want a convertible. They have been pretty nicely discounted for awhile. Check the big forum dealers like MacMulkin and Kerbeck as others have suggested. Most 2014's should easily be 4-5 under MSRP and most will take the Credit Union discount on verts.

Excellent answer, but is this in the correct category? For sale?
The biggest difference between the 2014 and 2015 is the 8 speed auto and the Performace Data Recorder that is now bundled with the Nav. There are other things like colors, wheels, exterior options, etc. as well. You'll have to get an in stock or in transit 2014 since orders are closed. 2015 orders are in now and they start building August 11th I think.
