Dale Jr's C7 Grand Sport
I'm going to need to sell this car. Just putting out a teaser for now. It will be in Southern NV in a couple of weeks. I wish I could keep it. Less than 300 & miles driven by Amy & Dale Earnhardt Jr.

His foundation raffles a car every year. I won in the 7th year of buying a ticket. He took it to dinner with a buddy about a week before I went to Mooresville, NC. It was in his stable of vehicles.
Jr didn't even know that it had luggage and this car cover in the "Trunk"

Mike, as per the rules of CorvetteForum, every car for sale must include a price. You have 24 hours to list a price or this thread will be deleted.

I'm the the guy with the #3 Hat. I do know how to smile, but missed it on every camera snap. I took my Brother with me to Mooresville.

Beautiful car and great story. Certainly has some value, but I would think there would be significantly more value had it actually been his car, i.e. titled in his name and actually driven by him more frequently????

I bought Alice Cooper's Acura NSX about 15 years ago and learned that celebrity owned cars bring pretty much nothing extra when you go to sell. I guess if someone is a raging fan you'll be set, and maybe a race driver will have more luck bringing sports car money than a rock star.

Bought it from the dealer (he traded it on a Mercedes) and had it shipped... I was early 20's and dumb (and the girlfriend wanted it).
One thing I will say is that it's fun having the celebrity car for attention. I used his "KILLER" license plate for over a year with no problems (including tickets).
BTW: I noticed the tag info from Pahrump... I hope you at least have been to Spring Mountain before you decide you want to sell that car. Spend two days at the Corvette Owners School and then think it over again!
Great story, GLWS!

I drove the GS in Mooresville and I got my kicks. I need to either sell it or keep it. I'd rather sell it.
I will share something that Jr. Agreed with..."This is better than a Z06 at getting back into the throttle on corners". He flat footed this cars twin at Talledega. The corners scrubbed the speed to 175 MPH. The Z06 is great for drag strips and doing burnouts at a stoplight. Just saying what I've heard.
