Default 2016 1LT M7 710rwhp - White Dallas, TX

***Car has been sold to a great buyer 5/2/18***

Hey guys,
Bought a house and a truck to daily and now the car just sits in the garage. I need to mod my house and the car is done so looking to sell it.

2016 Corvette Stingray 1LT
7-speed Manual Transmission
16,800 Miles
Dallas, TX
717rwhp
Asking: $48,500

Currently the car makes 695rwhp on 93 Octane and 717rwhp on E85 (@56%). Has high side and low side fueling upgrades so fuel psi is no issue.

It had previously made 773rwhp on 93 Octane with a smaller pulley, but I wanted to play it safe and swapped out the 3.6” pulley for a 3.8” and added the E85. You could put the 3.6” pulley (included) back on and with E85 likely break 800rwhp but that may be too much for stock internals long term.

Engine Mod List:
Camshaft w/32% Fuel Overdrive (21st Century Muscle Cars Spec)
LG Motorsports 1-7/8” Headers (High Flow Cats Included, not currently installed)
LG 3” X-Pipe to Factory NPP Mufflers
LT4 High Pressure Fuel Pump
LT4 High Flow Fuel Injectors
Cordes Performance (CPR) Low Pressure Fuel System
Alky Control Methanol Injection Kit (Dual Nozzle)
A&A Supercharger Kit w/Upgraded V3Ti Head Unit (Black Finish)
AFR500V2 Wideband – Ballenger Motorsports w/NTK O2 Sensor
Dash Logic / Dash Control (Shows Ethanol % and other parameters on Factory Dash)

Other Mods:
Z51 Front and Rear Sway Bars
Z51 Shocks
Z06 Front Grill w/Brake Cooling Ducts
Z06 Stage 1 Front Splitter
Z06 Rear Quarter Panel Vent Ducts
Showstoppers “ZR51” Rear Spoiler

Here's the latesr dyno sheet I have. The 773rwhp was before we put the bigger pulley on and added E85. Safety first!

You are obviously a meticulous individual. What is the issue with sending the blower off to be checked? What was it doing to make you want to disassemble it and have it evaluated?

I heard a noise which some would just attribute to direct injection. I pulled the belt and checked all the pulleys and tensioners on the blower and the oem accessories. I replaced the oem tensioner as i had heard those can make some noises, that didnt solve it. Then i replaced the low psi fuel feed line $40'ish and that solved the sound for about a month. (Google service bulletin pip5395b)

Annnyway the sound came back after about a month. Then the day before a half mile event i signed up for i went to change the engine and supercharger oil (note the are completely separate) and found some metal bits in the supercharger oil (not in the engine oil!)

Car ran fine but i didnt want risk it so lost my 1/2 mile entry fee and pulled the blower. Vortech said the belt tensioner must have been too tight and it needed t be rebuilt. I was about 1 month outside the A&A warranty period but they offered to split the cost of the rebuild with me and sent me a new tensioner.

This was all during December so it took a while to have it rebuilt. Once it came back all fresh and new i replaced the LT4 high psi fuel pump following the guideline on the forum for measuring the preload clearance and adding a small .060" lashcap, replaced the low psi feed line again just for good measure, and reinstalled the blower and all has been great for the last 2 months and 700 miles.

There's another half mile event im signed up for in April so i wanted to get everything in tip top shape for that

GLWS, bump for a great car at a great price.
If not listed at ctsvowners, you should do it.

Bumpksies! Made 4 passes at a half mile even last weekend. I was intentionally holding off on bumping this until i finished that event.

I'll get some better interior images and video up asap

Fresh blower and engine oil change. Also installed a DSX IAT/Baro relocation harness and updated the tune just before the event last weekend.

Spoiler is off the car currently (took it off for the 1/2 mile event). I'll put it back on this weekend

I put the meth and 2nd fuel system activation lights up high on the A pillar. You can see them out of the corner of your eye so you dont have to look down at WOT to make sure they're functioning

Good luck with sale. Great story told in the mod list with what was installed and uninstalled. Just bought a low mile Z51 and would do many of the same things.

I haven't really logged it but it doesnt seem much worse unless I am running E85. Then it's pretty noticeable.
