2014 vert--SALVAGE title, A6
2014 Lime Rock green convertible, auto, chrome wheels, dual mode exhaust, 2LT trim. Car has a salvage title and needs some minor work (all the mechanical work has been completed including a 4 wheel alignment which it took with no issues). Needs: paint is scratched on trunk lid and mirrors, repaint on front driver's fender and bumper cover not of the highest quality. Passenger seat cover could use replacing as something was stored on it and left marks along with the perforation (ventilation) holes seem to be plugged up. Radio needs replacement. Traction control light is illuminated due to the right front hub needing replacement (sensor is shot--Jorn's Chevrolet of Kewaunee, WI diagnosed the problem). Car drives great, no issues with handling, suspension, or braking. Asking $32,000. Don't hesitate to contact with questions or needed clarifications.
Please do not add a comment about "I wouldn't touch a salvage car"-as this car is only going to be of interest to a few people that either want to get into a C7 convertible cheaply and might have the skills to do a decent paint job or are going to drive it as is for a while. I have a car lift in my barn so the car can be inspected underneath with no time pressure to do a quick look and get it out of the bay. I already know that the pictures suck--it's supposed to snow here again this weekend so it will be next week before I can take some more and my skill set as a photographer is quite limited!
Why am I selling? Thought I would like the car even though it is an automatic--I just can't get into an auto Corvette! So we bought a travel trailer and are going to enjoy some new adventures!
Thanks--Tom

I bought it at an auction, did some mechanical repairs (1 shock, replaced engine cradle, right lower control arm, some cosmetic pieces). Actually had fun working on the car--they make these quite easy to disassemble and reassemble. Time to move on. Was not a flood car.

pre-repair pics
Most of the repairs had been done--there's a story here...appears that the guy got into an accident (drunk?, racing?, no insurance at the time?) then the history goes blank for 2 years--appears he stored the car and did not drive it due to damage, then did enough repairs so that he could convince the insurance company that somehow the car got "scratches" on it?????--the panels had been repaired but some of the mechanical stuff was repaired and should have been replaced. The engine cradle had broken mounting points for the lower control arm--I replaced the cradle. The rt front shock shaft had been welded!!!!--replaced it. The lower control arm had been welded!!!--hollow aluminum control arm welded. Replaced that. Some cosmetic parts were also broken and replaced. Replaced seat belts and some other small parts.

I'm in Algoma, WI 54201--right next to route 42 in Alaska. Thanks--obviously right now the car won't move due to about 1 1/2 feet of fresh snow but if someone waits we can pull it out and put it up on my lift then they could spend all the time they want inspecting the car from up top or underneath.
BTW--my '08 I sold to a guy in Janesville was a Jet Stream Blue 4 LT manual (looking at the pic under your name)
