Trade beach view lot in Honduras for C7
The beach view lot is located on The Caribbean Coast of La Ceiba Honduras in Phase 5 of La Ceiba Beach Club.
Looking to trade even up for a C7.
I already have a 15 C7 but looking for another and open to stick or auto cars.

Electric, internet and TV lines are on-site.
Property is ready for a home or bungalow build at any time.
Very quiet area yet less than a 15 minute drive to downtown (pop 210,000).

Chicago is 18th in the US based on rate. Rate is the proper indicator of risk. Cases are population dependent.
Side note... A zip line death happened Thursday in Roatan when we were there. Guy collided with his wife on their honeymoon and she died.

This beach location is great. You feel like you are on a remote island when on the property yet still close to the city. Speaking of islands ..... Roatan, Utila and Cayos Chochino are a short ferry or boat ride away. $35.00 USD will buy you an entire day snorkeling, lunch and boat ride to some gorgeous islands from the mainland.
