Yes. You still have the remainder of the 3 year/36,000 mile basic, 5 year/60,000 mile warranty. I had warranty work done recently with the supercharger and informed the dealer about it. I asked them while performing any work to not do a re flash. No problem. A modification won't void a warranty unless GM or the dealer can prove that the aftermarket part caused the need for repairs.
