I am sure he did not mean anything negative toward anyone with a physical disability. No decent person would ever do that! I assume he was speaking to the fact that 7 out of 10 of these great cars are being made in auto and the OEM's just trying to read the market and give the folks what they want. Just a reflection of such a strong demand for the auto tranny. Porsche 911 is over 9 out of 10 being for the PDK. I much prefer the stick myself because the control and feel it gives for the car but the majority of people want the auto. Each their own. Just makes my stick car a bit more rare I guess but it is no fun in bumper to bumper traffic for sure.
