You are 100% correct my buddy works at a GM shop as a service writer, with the ported TB, pulley, headers, new heat exchanger and flex fuel kit. There is not a dealer out there that would warranty the motor or transaxle. Everyone (should) knows when you mod a vehicle under warranty, you have no warranty especially with a new Z06.
