Chuck as another owner of an AO/cashmere convertible I think we can agree AO is better then DSOM. So just bite the bullet and buy a C7 convertible with tan interior and have it painted AO. You will have the only AO C7 - a true unicorn!

Yeah...that would be nice! I don't think it would look as good on a C7 though. There are a few C6's like mine out there. That's still an option. Going to be tough to find another with under 20k though.

Yes, the DSOM Z06s are rare. I spent almost 2 years looking specifically for DSOM Z06 M7 coupe with the kalahari suede interior. I'm guessing that was about a 1 of 10 (or less) car.
OP -- are you only looking for a Z06? I have a client with a DSOM Stingray A8 convertible and he'll likely let go of it soon as he gets a new Vette every three years or so. He's 80 years old and never tracked the car.

Will do. I just shot him an email to let him know. I believe his car is a lease. If so, it is likely coming to an end soon and he'll have the option to buy it off lease.

Had my heart set on Kalahari seats and chrome wheels though.
Thanks for the reply. Congrats on the Z06!

It took a while with the holidays, but I just heard back from my client, who confirmed he's going to sell now. Here are the details:
If this sounds interesting, send me a PM with your contact info (name, email, phone) and I'll pass it along to him.

- MSRP was $70k (he still has the window sticker)
- 12,000 miles
- Kalhari convertible top
- 2LT (non-suede seats, not competition seats, I believe Kalhari interior color if I recall correctly)
- Automatic
- Chrome wheels
