You can buy a new one for just shy of $60k, once people start realizing that used prices should come off.

Leftover '18's, its currently 10 degrees in MA, I was in a Chevy dealer in Brockton, MA had a leftover '18 stickered for just under $78k automatic discount of $8500 off the top & indicated they could get to $60k flat + tax (no other hidden fees title/reg included). Was an M7 car, 120 miles on it & you get a warranty. If its between that & a '15-'17 used w/ scuffs/rock chips & 10-30k w/ warranty coverage winding down for $50k I think the choice is fairly easy.

few problems with your statement...
Base price WITHOUT an automatic for a z06 is over 80K. Automatic adds another $1500-ish. So that sticker price is a lie.
And have you dealt with dealers before? There's no way that's actually a thing that they would follow through with. They're not dropping it ANOTHER 10K simply because of one MY. They're playing games with you. You're claiming the dealer is ACTUALLY going to drop the price of a Z06 by over 20K because of one MY? Absolutely no way, temperatures or not.
edit: I'm just going to go ahead and call BS on your entire story, because I was bored. There's ONE 2018 Z06 in your area, after rebates it's 74.6. There's no way in hell they're dropping that another 5K, let alone another 15K. If you want to double down on your lies go for it, give me the contact information for the dealership, because I will literally buy that car now.
Stop your lies.

Less than 50,000? Absolutely not....I'm always checking prices of these cars...Can you get a 15 or 16 for less than $ 60,000 ? Yes you can....Actually saw a few Z07 16 Z's with less than 10,000 miles for mid 50's.....That in itself is a great deal....Won't do much better than that...Have not been to a dealer in person to check prices but like the previous post there not dropping there price 20 grand just to get a sale I don't think...

Used z for 50k, sure. It’ll be beat with lots of miles or some accident. But a new one for 60k, no way. Be careful what you ask for. If you’re trying to scam your way into a cheap C7 you could get scammed.

All used z06s waaaaaay overpriced. It’s only chevy. People thing it’s special car or rare something idk.
Dealers packed with c7’s. No one buying them, getting rust. Used market same story. Tons of for sale.
you can buy BRAND NEW z06 low 60grand.
i won’t pay more than 45k for ANY used z06 ( doesn’t matter low mileage, which package or mods come with it)
good luck your search.

$45,000 for a C7 Z06? I don't think anyone would let one go for that cheap..?I live in NY and so far the cheapest 16Z I saw is on craigs list right now.....Less than 7,000 miles for $ 54,000..
Sent two emails to find out exactly where in NY it is and of course I get no response...

For informative purposes only, YMMV-
I picked up my 2015 Z06 in April of 2016. MSRP was 95,010 and I walked out paying 76,748 (before taxes, although my trade helped with that) saving over 18k. Dealer gave 4k off plus the manufacturer rebate of 15% off all 2015 models going on at that time. I traded it in 2 years later with 32k miles on it and was given mid 50s which I felt was fair and the dealer listed it for 62 IIRC, not sure what it sold for.
