Your foolish to limit your search to the PNW......
Do a search at www.autoguru.com and start doing your homework
It was my experience buying my 2012 GS in Texas that Vettes in the PNW
command more $$$ so the savings I saw more than paid for shipping

Manual or automatic?
Here is one I would buy if M7, but passing on the automatic:

Engine was replaced (by GM), and warranty still has 4 years / 50k miles left on it. 2LZ, $50k. It's in Texas, but half the fun of buying a long distance car is driving it back
