Finally sold the Atomic C6 and now actively looking to pick up a nice C7. M7 and NOT black or yellow are musts. 2LT preferred but will consider great base cars. Z51 nice but I probably don't value it enough to pay for it...
Would prefer white or silver over red; orange, blue or Crystal Red over grey or Kalahari. Transparent roof is a plus. I know they’re out there — in my Autotrader/CarGurus/Ebay/Craigslist/Cars.com search I've seen private party sales of clean title, lower mileage M7s as low as $35K. Dealers are charging more -- but I've seen certified 2015's as low as $40K. Even without the certification, I think I prefer dealing with a Forum member to paying a dealer premium.
Thanks in advance for your responses!

See my post from yesterday...2017 1LT Stingray, white with blacked out rims and badging. Engine mods by Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh, NC. 605RWHP with Kooks headers, A&A Supercharger, BTR cam, Weisco forged pistons. A beaut!

Thanks -- but I REALLY meant it when I said "...under $40K!" And, I don't want any performance mods anyway -- if I had the budget, I'd just buy a Z06.
Good luck with your sale -- it is a real kick-butt stunner...

I was planning on putting my C7 on the market in March - but I'll be asking $42,000 (but read why):
2014 Z51 3LT M7 - Cyber Grey Metallic w/ Kalahari Interior
Mag Ride, NPP Exhaust, NAV, Carbon Fiber Dash, Transparent Top
Comes with Chrome AND Black Z51 Wheels, Michelin Run-Flat Tires, TPMS and Caps
40k miles
Extended Warranty from Ally (costs $50 to transfer)
Absolutely showroom condition inside and out
Comes with Original Sticker, Original Build Sheet, 2014 Sales Brochure, NoviStretch Bra
Im in the Lehigh Valley area in PA - PM if you have any interest and we can exchange contact info - Thanks!
Moved right to 2nd place in the list of C7s I am looking at.
This is fun. There are less-equipped C7s below $40K that can work for me; for the right one maybe I go as high as $41K (which is above my limit but I can be a little undisciplined for an "all-star").
You should see the first place car!

And for those who are looking, this was the "first place" car, which I wound up buying. I think it is an example of what one should expect to get for about $40K (I did "cheat" a little as it turned out).
2015 Z51 2LT with PDR, competition seats and the exposed CF roof, plus a few other nice perks. Showroom condition. Only 20K miles, still a couple months on the factory bumper to bumper warranty and 4 more years under the extended warranty. $41.2K.
Thanks to all who responded and PM'd. It was a fun search...

Great car. Thanks for posting some real world data. Your budget was higher than mine, so I'll be on the sidelines for 2 or 3 more years, just enjoying my C5.
