Is this a fair price?
I found this used 2017 2LT Z51 Convertible in Torch Red/Adrenaline red for sale in another state from mine. One owner, Carfax and Auto Check are clean. 3-year warranty expires in November 2020.
Price 49, 000.
Autotrader, CarGuru, Carfax indicate it's a good price but:

A brand new one from Kerbeck (Automatic, 2LT, NOT Z51) would be about $60K. You save $11K and gain Z51 with the car you are looking at. You lose 10K miles and roughly one year of the warranty. If you really want Z51 it seems like a good deal to me.
