Default used GS white or silver/red int M7 LT2 cash

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 2019 GS at one of the big dealers back east for my exact car for 59.693. It even comes with PDR as well...an option i didn't really plan on for 1700 tacked on.
Before i sent the paper work back, I thought i'd see if anyone needs to offload their GS for around 50k.
Not trying to low-ball, but if a spanking new 2019 GS Lt2 is 59,693, then a comparable used 2017 should be in that 50k range. The market is getting flooded, and just read about all the inventory the dealers have and how sales have tanked. I know it's not fair, how Chevy is dropping prices on new ones like crazy, but it's only going to drop harder as the C8s come out forcing C7s on the market and dropping value even more. I'm actually a little hesitant to buy that new one for 59k just for that reason. I might wait and make them beg me to buy a new one in a couple months.
I don't mean to be a D head, just being pragmatic.
i have cash so I figured I'd at least ask the forum. Sorry if my pricing talk offends, but it's reality.

I don't blame you. Why not put some feelers out there and see if something happens.

No doubt the C8 is impacting the C7 market. This would happen regardless of the make/model of the car, happens to all brands. The shift to mid-engine is going to appeal to some buyers while alienating others.

Buying used vs new comes with tradeoffs. Likely buying a vette from another forum member is as close to buying a new vette at a dealer. If the price difference was $7,000 or less, I may go with the new C7 knowing it's original to me. If the delta is more than $7,000, I may be tempted to buy an almost new C7 from a fellow reputable forum member with a well cared for and documented car never exposed to road salt.

Just my $0.02
