There are many many variables involved. One size does not fit all. One would have to do a lot of research to find answers to the Q.
Kudos to the OP for posting the history.

I don't have any hobbies besides Vettes and RE. But those two have served me well.

Well, I have 22 beach properties in Honduras that I’m looking to sell or trade for Bahamas 😃 I have trade ads online for those as well. I’m selling all of my personal Central America properties. Bahamas... I love Eleuthera and maybe will get my spot there
