SOLD : 2016 2LT coupe Night Race Blue
SOLDI am listing this car for a friend and will abide by the following forum rules regarding a sale of a vehicle I do not own:
Flaws: It was involved in a minor parking lot incident. Another car backed into the right rear. Repaired professionally and not visible. The transparent roof has exterior delamination on the left side only (see pic). It has some haze on the upper portion of the headlight lens. Does not affect luminance. Usual rock chips associated with daily driving. Nothing major. Pics that I'm posting are before I get to a full detail this week. I will post updated photos at that time. I do not have the CARFAX but the VIN is on the window sticker should you want to check it out. I'll have better pics of the interior once I get the car to my house. Currently has seat covers on it. Centre console pic is for colour reference.
Asking $42K OBO. Local pick up or arrange your own shipping. PM if interested. I will forward all offers to the owner once received and get back to you right away.
- The circumstances regarding why the owner is not listing the car - His job keeps him away from non .gov equipment. I can respond and relay a lot easier.
- The role the thread starter will play in the sale - I will be the go between. All final transactions will be directly with the owner.
- And agreeing to participate in trying to resolve any post-sale issues - I will agree to this as stated.

I detailed the car today and was able to get the headlights back to new condition. I was also able to minimise the rough look of the delaminated roof panel. I did find a very small rock chip in the windshield, some minor paint chipping below the right headlight, and a minor scratch on the right side of the bumper cap. Pics below of the fixes and the new flaws.

Here are some pics of the interior. One minor bolster scuff. The owner has the correct dye colour and will fix that this week. You can also see some seat belt buckle scuffs on the plastic trim at the door jamb.

Some exterior pics after the clay bar and ceramic coat. There are some areas where water spots have embedded into the clear coat. I am not a pro detailer so I did not attempt to cut the surface with any more than a light compound and a buffer.
