Really? That's definitely not good customer service, whether they still have the car or not you should've gotten a call back, especially when a post is made by them advertising what's available. I missed out on one of them by an hour because I couldn't get in contact with the "Vette Specialists".....I guess an average salesman/woman can't take a deposit for a Vette?

Kerbeck got my business. Give them a try, they have 507 allocations within the first 3 to 6 months of production.



Edit*** Funny note, I'm sure it was a coincidence but as soon as I got done typing this post, about 5 minutes later I got a call from Hendricks Chevy Customer Service following up about my experience with Hendricks Chevy and if I had made my decision. I told her the story, and she apologized for the lack of communication. I would've loved to have done business with Chris, as he seemed like a really nice guy, but unfortunately it didn't work out.
