Just finished an installation with the team at Middle Out Media today with Edelbrocks new C7 E Force system...

I have to say the whole system was very nicely designed and the fit and finish was excellent. These guys did there homework in the positive supercharger market.

Ran out of time tonight but tomorrow we will squeeze it......

Glad to see an installation and the numbers. It's for sure an attractive factory looking installation.

That is the system I want! Beautiful! Just Beautiful!
What is the cost of the total package: Z51/A6?

I had an Edelbrock E-Force put on a 2010 SS Camaro a couple years ago. The system itself was just over $7k and the labor was about another $1k. I would think you could get this new LT1 supercharger installed for under $10k. The folks at Redline would be the ones to do the work. They did a great job when I had my ECS Novi 1500 installed. Boasted my RWHP to 563!

IMO, the covers look very nice but, it's a shame Edelbrock decided to make the louvers "dummy" rather than functional. Reminds me of a '58 Corvette hood.

Great looking setup. Can't wait for the numbers. I'm eager to see how the torque is at low RPM.

With an A6, that would make for a VERY fun car with the E-Force on it.

LPE posted numbers on one they installed. Was a bit less power/torque than the ECS kit above. 555 Rear Wheel horsepower 540 Rear Wheel torque

Do you know if the LPE E-Force's numbers was with the canned tune or did LPE do their own tune? Did the ECS S/C above have a canned tune or was it tuned for max horsepower, etc?

I think about everyone will agree that the Edelbrock canned tune leaves some horsepower on the table, but is a safe tune. Throw the car with the E-Force on the dyno and tune it and it will also get some additional power compared to other superchargers that are tuned on the dyno.

I believe both were out of the box but who knows. Seems like no matter what, the fuel system limits the cars. Can't run too much low end on the eforce because you need RPM to drive the high pressure pump so you can only make what the HPFP will put out.

I see where Edelbrock is advertising 624 HP for the LT1 E-Force. That's right in line with the LS3 E-Force at 599. The LS3 gains 163 HP over stock and the LT1 gains 164 HP over stock. A friend has a C6 GS with a 599HP E-Force installed by Edelbrock and it had no problem with the stock fuel pump(they did not install the Z06 fuel pump). Edelbrock put it on the dyno and it hit 522.9 RWHP with 12.7% driveline loss. The LT1 at 624 HP with a 12.7% driveline loss would be 545 RWHP.

I'm not sure if I follow you on the LT1's fuel pump. Doesn't it have the same volume per piston(fuel pump, not engine) stroke at, say, 2,000 RPM as it would at 6,500 RPM. I don't understand what you mean by your statement that you "Can't run too much low end on the eforce because you need RPM to drive the high pressure pump".
