Default Magnuson vs Edelbrock

Anyone have any thoughts on which supercharger would be best if I were going to upgrade the stock unit on my 2016 Z06?? Magnuson or Edelbrock 2.3?

Saw a similar post like this in the C6 section. Is the lack of threads and post due to the fact that the E-Force is more popular??

For the c6 I like the Maggie better... for the c7 there much closer in design (runner length, plenum volume, snout size....
intercoolers are little bigger with the Maggie over eforce...

both TVS 2.3 design

Eforce had the first direct drive kit and that’s what I went with... Maggie has one now though..

both very capable

been contemplating a 103TB and 5.5” intake setup, just have to fine some Time to build it

Much more pulley options with Maggie leading to almost 20 psi capability

The 2300 Maggy is designed for the LT1-4 has very good intercoolers and nice compact set up weighs 5 pounds less than the 1740 coming off considering the foam
plug also well coming off. It is plug and play my kit came and 12 hours of install time later I started the car. But my car had already had a tune good enough to get me to the tuner. Bone stock you would need a base tune to start it. Actually perfect size and very efficient!
Hard to beat the 2300 for 800 hp goals.

Do either of these blower give you the loud whine like a whipple would?

This depends on the boost and air filter type. I hear a faint whine from my Magnuson in tour mode. Currently running at 7.5 psi with BMS filter

I haven't seen a lot of the bigger shops like Lingenfelter, Hennessey, etc. using the Magnusion in their offered packages. Just wondering if the market for C7 has dropped off a bit for Magnusion?
