Default 2017 Z06 Dyno Results- Intake/Lower Pulley/Tune. Thoughts?

I had my 2017 Z06 on the dyno right at 550 miles. Mods are Halltech Intake, ATI 15 % lower, and HP Tuners Pro tune. My question is decent power? And someone noted the shakiness of RPM is belt slip, but it doesn't seem like it. I reviewed a few other of 16-17 graphs and they seem like this also, on dynojets.. I've attached the dyno graph for your analysis.

620whp/670wtrq.

Thanks,

-G

That's good power and a nasty torque curve. Belt slip wouldn't start at 4k rpm unless something was really wrong. Boost looks steady on the graph. Probably just a weak signal from the dyno. They should have given you SAE corrected numbers. Enjoy that beast.

Yup, get meth and you will be close to 700. Do meth and e85 if you have a station near by. Those numbers look good for your mods.

I would like to run E85 at first, are you noticing the timing being pulled like the tuner said? What do you think about flex fuel, as i have a station right near my house.

Thanks,

G

How about just E85? Meth i can do, but a flex fuel sensor and retune keep this easy to revert back to stock if needed. As stated first oil change and now at 600 miles!!

SAE Smoothing on 5 that would be in the 590 range.... Thats very low for those mods.

The guys at Moore are great, but their market is the import crowd. For LS/LT mods, I would take it to Fran. I also live in NOVA, and I wouldn't take my Z06 to anyone, but RPM.

Have your Dyno guy give you a SAE corrected printout to see if it changes very much. Might. Might not. What the red graph before the tune ?

Guys we're talking about + or - 10 hp either way. The numbers are on par for a intake, pulley, and tune. To the Op, she is kinda lean up top though. I'd invest in a meth system like the others have said.

Do you think you can make some better smoother power? PM me, I'm interested if you don't think this is decent. I used a pretty good tuner, in my opinion, but certainly would like to talk more with you, on how to make more power. I was also wondering if E85 without headers is ok or would my exhaust flow still restrict me a lot?

Thanks, as i know your the man for the Z06 tuning and making power!

Get meth so you can run e85. Stock manifolds are fine. Those mods put me at 725/757 rwhp

I have meth, e85, headers, upper/lower pulleys, and made 690+ in 104 degree heat at 2000ft elevation. I really only adde E when going to the track as the MPG drops off with E.

I was going to throw a turbo kit on my c6z and larger flow injectors and fuel lobe cam upgrade...

but now im debating just "leaving it alone" as I may sell it sooner than later and don't want to take the depreciation hit. Anyway... leaving it alone would possibly entail just a smaller pulley on the lt4 blower, and an intake. I am in extreme heat and humidity in florida, so that hurts my cause. If I go to just meth (not going to mess with e85), what power gains should I expect and which pulley should I use?

Also, sidenote, I think the pulls in timing could be causing the shakiness to the graph originally posted. Obviously, the meth avoids the pulls in timing... which is why others are pointing in that direction.

Also, what kind of gas/station do you use? Last time I payed any attention, shell and Sunoco were the best by far. Try those and see if you maintain better timing.
