Must be a happy dyno unless that is a Ysi. I have the A&A Ti blower with the 3.6" pulley, TSP header and meth and I made 662/598. Another member here made just about the same on the same setup.
I'm excited to see how much headers will gain. Maybe consider a pulley swap since you're going in for a retune.
Anyways. Your car looks absolutely killer
Edit: I just took a look at my blower and it designates V3-Ti so I can only imagine that you are on the Si blower. There is a member on here that also has the Si kit, meth and no headers and he made 620 I believe.

OP: you should pick up 15-20 wheel from headers, but you will see less boost.

Thank you all for the feedback. It is right around the 9-10 PSI range. I am on the V3 also. The headers and Xpipe with a retune is a must. I honestly don't care as much with the numbers as I do staying as consistent with the testing as possible (Same Dyno, same factors). I go in for initial pulls Wednesday and then the Headers go in.

Which pulley are you on (it will give a size on the face of the pulley such as 3.8", 3.6" etc. im betting this is on STD smoothing not SAE. You are on an Si trim as someone mentioned earlier. I have the Si trim as well with long tube headers running 9-10 psi on the 3.47" pulley, and dual meth @ 25GPH. My car put down 638Hp and 619Tq. So, your numbers seem to a bit off, as in toooo high..

Every one says man that tuner really knows his stuff on this and runs to him.. a TUNER ON A DYNO CAN PLAY WITH UP TO ABOUT 20% OF THE TRUE NUMBER ONE WAY ARE THE OTHER. Lower are higher... Robert

Thanks for all the opinions, again the final number doesn't mean much. With the racing I do it will speak for itself on the 1/2 mile. First race for this car will be in November.

Also it is the Si blower on a 3.8 pulley. I was on the phone with A&A and my power numbers seem to be on par with the setup I am on. Mine is also a Manual so it has less drivetrain loss compared to the automatics.

On a 3.8" pulley I dont think is possible to make 10 psi. The Si trim requires the 3.6 or smaller pulley to even get close. The 3.8" pulley is only good for about 8-9PSI at best. The 3.6" pulley is good for 9-10PSI and the 3.47" pulley is good for 10-11PSI. Mine is manual trans also. Telling you those numbers are too high to be right. Most people with a 3.8" pulley on an Si are running about 575-600HP. Meth does not add 100 HP. Would be good idea to get it on a different dyno for comparison with SAE smoothing set to 5.

Part of me agrees with you. However, A&A has been doing this for some time and we will see this week when I strap it it Excelsior's Dyno. God I hope it puts down like 550whp so everyone can stop overthinking everything lol. The car ran mid 160's in the 1/2 mile. Faster then the Z06 I was lined up against. As long as the tune is as safe as possible and that trap speed keeps going North, I am happy. The Dyno regardless of what it says is just another tool I am not concerned
