Great work, ECS must be using your intake for their C7 Z06 system

How do your setups compare with the Procharger manifolds? I am in Katy, TX as well and have a port injected Procharger manifold going on my F1X C7Z over at M2K Motorsports in Fulshear. Just curious how yours would compare, improvements to be found, etc... What part of Katy is your shop located?

The primary length is way too short for my liking on the procharger Manifold. The shorter the runner the more mid range is lost...

Also they don't have a nice CNC velocity stack and port work inside the manifold. You'd see mid range gains an keep making power to about 7500-8000 with my new 5.5 manifold I'm shipping out to the ECS guys. The procharger has a runner that is more meant for a engine revving to 9000-10000. Doesn't mean it won't work you just won't be in the effecient power zone of the manifold unless you rev the hell out of the engine.

I run the Fab department at Boostworks and my own business on the side. My shop is appointment only being that we don't really deal with general public. We're a CNC machine and fab shop only, no cars in my shop. I deal mainly with other shops and businesses and prefer to not even sell to a end user customer. Too much hassel for me so I let others deal with all that. I just love designing and building badass race parts.

Unfortunately my main engineering PC rigs main hard drive crapped out on me when I got home today so this weekend I'll be rebuilding my computer. I better be able to get it to load as a slave drive otherwise I'll have lost all my cads and have to start all over again!

So good news, I'm working on a intercooled manifold that WILL clear the c7 hoodline (my current monster wont clear). It will come at a cost of a shorter runner than I really like but it is still longer than any sheet metal/billet intake manifold options out there so that is good.

Core looks like I'll be able to fit a 15 x 6.5 x 3 bell core

My engineering comp went down the other day but I just got it back up. I'll post up cads within a week

That's good news! And it's got to be longer than the LPE or others as they use manis with virtually no runner length!

Finished C7 Air Water design work

tb is virtually in same position as lt1 plastic intake manifold and our sheet metal (non intercooled) replacement, meaning it is a direct bolt in for current blower cars.

Lt4/1 bolt patterned.

Dual Pass design with water pipes plumbed to the rear for a clean installation (nobody will know it is intercooled till you tell them)

C7 Friendly Lt1/Lt4 Air Water Intercooled Intake Manifold (1500hp core, 1" npt ports dual pass design)

$2300 shipped

Options:
Powder coating $150
Direct Port Meth/NO2 ports $150
Add fuel injector bungs with rail brackets $200

ETA 3 weeks from time of order however
I always quite a longer turn around time than what will actually ship, I currently have parts in stock to build and ship 2 so realistically 1-2 weeks max

Custom Race Intercooled LTx for Roho Snyper Procharged Camaro

His Procharger air air was seeing 200F air temps at the end of the quarter, lets see if he can be near ambient now

Manifold is good for about 1700whp
