Waste of time trying to put a 2650 rotor in place of 2300 rotors. All you'll end up with is a 2650 which barely (if at all) performs better than a 2300...
Housing and ports are critical to TVS2650 performance, this blower can move alot of air when designed properly - the Stage 2 Magunson TVS2650 (patent pending) will move 2500 CFM, enough to get you 1400-1500 HP with a pretty modest package size and OEM reliability.

Unfortunately development of these new blowers has taken more time than desired, but you'll see the LS/LT TVS2650 truck/car and LT TVS2650 underhood units for C7 Corvette in the fall of 2018 (think SEMA)

The above is true! Go have a look at VMP and their coyote gen2 vs gen3 (2300 vs2650) blowers they have really opened up the rear inlet on the gen 3. And it's making significly more power at the same boost!
