Default New CPR Cam install today!!

I just had a CPR cam installed in my 2014 C7 A6... My previous mods include an A&A V3 Ti-Trim supercharger, alkycontrol meth kit w/ single nozzle, Texas Speed longtubes. Joe and Cordes team just finished ride today! It dynoed 681/651 @ 10 lbs of boost, only other changed was swapping single to dual meth nozzles!! Up from 562/557 prior to cam and single nozzle! Can’t wait to pick up tomorrow, I’ll add a dyno sheet when I pickup up ride.

Car is running Stock Pistons until next Mods! I definitely trust Joe @ Cordes!! I’ll be back for my E-85 upgrades and upgraded pistons in the future!! Would have done now but wife said if it’s not broken don’t bother lol! I told her that’s not usually how they goes with cars, but she wouldn’t change her mind. So I’ll be doing E-85 next and with that I can talk her into Pistons at that power level. I have a few trips I promised her I would take first though!

If the motor was out...I would have done pistons if you planned to go higher later on. We pull the motor to change the camshaft. If they didn't I understand it then.

combo of things, 1) tire bounce 2) keeping timing soft there to help keep it alive and happy.

You are 100% right on this, but most people will still disagree. I could see yanking it out if you needed a clutch, but auto not getting pistons, leave it it. Hell, the pistons COULD be done with the block in the car technically.
