Default Crawford Racing nails over 1000 RWHP from stock LT4 HPFP, injectors and LPFP. NO METH

As a follow up to my previous LT4 E85 testing on the stock fuel system and with adding the Crawford Racing LLC CR-Fueler Port Injection kit, this time on a 2017 ZL1 A10 on race gas.
Rundown on this car...
Crawford Racing LLC CR-Fueler 2.0 Holley HP port injection controller
Procharger F1A-94 supercharger system
Air to Air intercooler for now.
LME Billet intake manifold
103mm TB
850cc port injectors
MSD Boost a Pump
Usual mods, custom cam, ported heads, headers etc.
Stock LT4 HPFP, DI Injectors and LPFP, and fuel line from tank to the front!
C16 fuel
Rock solid fuel pressure with no hints of pressure drop!!!!
As I predicted with my other testing, the stock fuel system is quite capable when combined with my port injection. I also attached a screen shot of the log showing the fuel pressure.
This same port injection controller kits comes in with a retail price of $2757 complete with sensors!

Cheaper isn't always better. I love Julio's kit. My C5 was the 1st corvette that he did a corvette specific kit for. Used one on my TT Viper and currently using one on the wife’s whipple 6.2 Sierra...all for octane supplementation/liquid intercooler got, never to be a significant fuel source. I would not bet my motor on the pumps in his kit. They do go out every now and then. Not his fault, just the nature of the game. Hell, I went thru a couple in the early goings and kept one on the shelf just in case.
Fuel requirements and cheaper....recipe for disaster. "Pay me now or pay me later".

It is never advisable to use meth as a fuel system band aid, especially on a direct injection vehicle.
Here is a direct comparison back to back dyno graph.
2016 ZO6 A8 with a Procharger F1X. Only change was going from gasoline and meth with twin nozzles to gasoline and my port injection kit. This car was previously equipped with a FORE triple pump low pressure fuel system, had plenty of pressure etc.. but still benefited hugely with the port injection.
Keep in mind, all of my systems use ECU's with 8 injector drivers, allowing full sequential injection. Meth kits, and inferior port injection control kits, use components that can't deliver full sequential. Precise fueling is the name of the game with the Crawford Racing CR-Fueler.

I think this comment misses the point. Anything can be "made to work", but is it the best long term solution..that is the question. People used meth to supplement DI fuel systems, because they had no choice. There are a few good solutions right now, with pricing "starting" to get more reasonable. This summer I look forward to getting experience with both ProEFI on my wife's whipple 6.2 truck and a CR Fueler on my single turbo ZO6. I am just happy that we now have some more affordable options.

so quick question, lets use my car as an example! my car currently makes 975 and 800tq on 91 pump and meth. my basic set up is procharger f1a94 , BTR stage 3 cam kit, amp breather box, duel nozzle alky meth , American racing headers, dsx low side fuel system, and all the other mods we all know about. so lets say I get one of your kits, so just adding port injection and running e85, no meth, how much more rwhp do you think my car would make?

I’m curious redhulk, have you ever had a meth pump fail? Have you ever seen the aftermath of an engine that lost fuel under power for 1-2 seconds? It’ll take way more than a couple grand to make it right again if it happens. I’m not bashing at all, I myself have a meth system on my car (150k-plus), I’m just not willing to rely heavily on it for fuel. At your level, I would rethink the fueling strategy given the option the cr fueler offers.

U beat me to it. From his question(s), its clear that he hasn't. Not a knock...sometimes experience is the best teacher. Many shops originally (and some still do) relied on Meth as a significant fuel source because there were few options. Now there are a few (both Port and DI), and for big hp builds should be considered the price of entry.
